Our studio is made up of truly amazing and spiritual people, all of whom have dedicated their lives to spreading the message of mindfulness and health to our clients. We’ve been a certified Yoga Studio in Midlothian since 2003, sharing our beliefs that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide our teachings, which are focused on helping our clients better connect to themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world.
For you beginners – showing up to your first yoga class as a beginner is truly one of the best positions you will ever be in as a yogi!
It’s natural to feel a bit intimidated the first time you enter a yoga studio. Remember everyone in the studio also had a “first class,” including your instructor! At Healthy Life Yoga, we do everything we can to make your first class experience positive. All you have to do is show up and breathe. We are not concerned with a perfect pose. You don’t have to be flexible, in “great shape”, or have the right clothes.
For those of you who already have a yoga practice, check out the variety of classes in our schedule that allow for a well-rounded, safe practice.

We have classes scheduled every day of the week, so you will have plenty to choose from, day or night, weekday or weekend. The class size is kept small, and the room temperature is kept comfortable so that the instructor can make sure that you are practicing safely.
