Pregnancy can be one of the most beautiful times of your life!

Prenatal yoga is beneficial before, during, and after pregnancy.

The prenatal yoga program at Healthy Life Yoga is designed to prepare you for your unique birth experience, both physically and mentally, while relieving the stresses that are put on your body. Prenatal Yoga may also help alleviate other discomforts such as low back pain, sciatica, and swelling. Yoga can also help with the emotional and mental stress of pregnancy, including restless sleep.

Classes include relaxation and breathing techniques as well as poses to promote muscle toning, strength, balance and improved focus.

A prenatal yoga class is a great way to meet other women that know what you are going through, and feel a sense of community in a healthy supportive environment.

Prenatal classes are on-going and students may join anytime.

Prenatal classes are offered in person every Sunday and Wednesday.
